Rohrig Hospitality took care of every aspect of the IBM café, including design, drawings, approvals and equipment selection. The new café on the ground floor of a 15-storey building was designed to incorporate special finishes that complemented the building refurbishment. An Rohrig mock-up of the front counter and rear kitchen allowed layouts to be fully tested before construction. The result was an inviting new facility that meets all the needs of the operator.
