Located in a Christian bookstore, the Koorong café was designed to integrate effectively with the retail outlet and to allow staff to work easily with the layout. Rohrig Hospitality liaised closely with the client to develop a design that matched the organisation's style and yet also gave the café a distinctive identity. Rohrig managed all aspects of the design and fitting including creating a working mock-up and selecting the most cost-effective equipment.
